My developer is trying to convince me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the costs. But he's tryiong none the less. I've been using WordPress on a variety of websites for about a year and am anxious about switching to another platform. I have heard excellent things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can import all my wordpress content into it? Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated!

I think that what you composed made a lot of sense. However, what about this? suppose you were to write a killer post title? I ain't saying your content is not solid, but what if you added a post title to maybe get a person's attention? I mean Colomesus Asellus Pez Globo, Pez Globo Amazónico, Puffer Sudamericano is kinda plain. You should look at Yahoo's home page and note how they create post headlines to get viewers to click. You might add a video or a pic or two to get people interested about what you've written. In my opinion, it might make your website a little bit more interesting.
