test casero de PH con repollo morado

Hola amigos, conversando con amigos de distintos paises me entero que el test de ph sale caro en algunos lugares, el caso es en Mexico, alla sale 200 dolares mientras que donde vivo quizas no llega a los 5.
Por ello busque el metodo para hacer test casero de ph con el repollo morado.

Hay que sacarle el colorante , y este al mezclarse con aguas de distinto ph toma distinto color, de esa forma se controla el ph de cualquier liquido. (para comprender bien leer todo el post con los experimentos ale harán en los siguientes mensajes)

Para ello use alcohol y el repollo,triture bien y lo puse con la mitad de su tamaño en alcohol, luego deje 20 minutos y cole sacando la solucion reactiva.

Aca comence con las pruebas :
Primero use agua de grifo ph7, en el tubito use la mitad de la solucion reactiva ( con una jeringa) y la mitad de agua a probar, luego probe con agua ph 6,5 de escalares, luego la de los carassius 7,5 y luego con otros liquidos,siempre la mitad de la solucion reactiva y la mitad de agua a analizar.
Y funciona bien, dejo fotos asi ven la diferencia en colores.

les digo las equvalencias en grados de ph,
el primero vinagre o 3.
el segundo 6,5 de acuarios de escalares
el tercero es neutro o ph 7
el cuarto es 7,5 de carassius

Aca mas amplia y puse alreves de como estaba inicialmente:

el primero con bastante jabon en polvo ph 8,5 a 9
el segundo jabon el polvo en solo unas gotas con agua ph7 ph 8
el tercero es 7,5 de carassius ph 7, 5
el cuarto es neutro o ph 7
el quinto es 6,5 de acuarios de escalares
el sexto es jugo de limon. 3,5
el septimo es vinagre o 2,8.

No tenia bicarbonato de sodio y use jabon en polvo

Para tener seria ideal hacer una escala de colores asi siempre podremos comparar para revisar el ph.
Como esta en alcohol se puede guardar fuera de heladera no se descompondra.

Al siguiente dia :
Ayer hice la lista de colores, con el reactivo que tenia y además detalle el método, les copio
acá la explicación de como hacerlo mejor y una lista de colores más precisa,
Tambien la controle con un test comercial a gotas y noto que no sirven para testear liquidos menores a ph 6 o mayores a ph 8 .
Entonces me di cuenta que el test de repollo es más amplio para ello, no lo sabía.
Creo solo al hacerlo lo verán bien, y tiene resultado al momento, dejo indicaciones.
Indicaciones :
Luego de extraer el reactivo debemos aprender procedimientos :

A. Solo servira en el momento si no se cierra bien herméticamente el contenedor donde estará, ya que se reduce por el acohol, esto provoca que la cantidad a poner varie, entonces o ideal es usar un gotero con ml. Así usamos la misma cantidad de agua que de la sustancia reactiva.

B. primero debemos identificar el ph 7 y tener donde probar y necesitamos 2 contenedores, yo use varios trozos de mangueritas con tapa fabricada.
Tienen la foto de las graduaciones y generalmente el agua de grifo es ph 7.
Si es otro se daran cuenta por el color.
A continuación hagan las prueba con el agua de acuario, en cambio de tonalidad le indicará que ph tiene.

Continuo, este reactivo tenia ya más de 24 horas y tomo un color morado. Acá el resultado :

Repetí los test y me concordaban el agua y los colores, de golpe ya no tenía más reactivo.

Entonces hoy busque más col o repollo e hice de nuevo.
Al hacerlo noto otro color y los colores que resultaron al hacerlo son otros.

Llegando a la conclusión de que varía de acuerdo a la especie de repollo y tiempo de estacionado. Por lo cual sirve para hacerlo solo en el momento..

De toda forma igual sirve para controlar el ph, pues al hacer el control de PH 7 ya tenemos el color guía y para hacer el color que sigue en graduación, basta agregarle al agua un par de gotas de vinagre (250 ml) esto ya bajará el ph para sacar cual color indica un ph más bajo.
Y para sacar el color un poco más alcalino basta con poner un poquito de jabón en polvo (3 mm cuadrados) *
De esta forma igual sacamos los colores que preceden al neutro y podemos utilizar el método para controlar nuestra agua.
Por lo visto hay dos motivos que varían la coloración, uno es el tiempo que tiene estacionado el reactivo y segundo el color propio de la planta o tinte, que por lo visto varia.
